MSc student seeks participants for mindfulness workplace study

A master’s student in clinical psychology is conducting research on the impact of mindfulness interventions on workplace wellbeing. The study seeks participants who are employed in the UK, aged 18 or older, and working at least part-time, whether in-person, remote, or hybrid settings.

Participants will engage in a daily mindfulness practice for one week, dedicating approximately 10 minutes each day. Following the intervention, they will complete questionnaires designed to assess their workplace wellbeing. This study aims to gather data on how brief mindfulness exercises can affect mental health and productivity in various work environments.

Those interested in contributing to this research can sign up through a provided link that includes the participant information and consent form. Additionally, participants will have the chance to enter a raffle for one of six £50 Amazing vouchers as a token of appreciation for their involvement.

This research highlights the growing interest in mindfulness as a potential tool for improving employee wellbeing and productivity in the workplace, providing a structured approach to evaluating its effectiveness.
