During Mental Health Awareness Week, Secret Escapes organized a variety of activities aimed at promoting mental wellbeing among team members. The initiative centered around key themes such as movement, creativity, gratitude, and community.

Across multiple cities, employees participated in diverse activities designed to foster connection and support mental health. In London, team members engaged in tennis, while those in Berlin enjoyed table tennis. Amsterdam employees participated in darts, creating opportunities for colleagues to unwind and socialize away from their screens. Photographs from these events showcased the enjoyment and camaraderie experienced by participants.

In addition to physical activities, Secret Escapes facilitated ‘Spotlight Sessions’ that encouraged open discussions on crucial topics affecting mental health.
